Historic building in Wicker Park was renovated from a multi family 3-flat to single family residence with two-story rear addition and 4th story penthouse. The front facade was deemed historically significant and had to remain untouched by new aesthetics. Remainder of home – rear elevation, rear addition, penthouse – was built as new construction with contemporary design and finishes.
